Estate planning is not only for the wealthy. Anyone with children, a home, savings or strong opinions about their care should have a will, a power of attorney and a health care proxy in place.
What I help with
Wills and revocable living trusts
Powers of attorney and health care proxies
Guardianship nominations for minor children
Probate and estate administration in New York and New Jersey
How it works
Planning usually takes three meetings: one to understand your family and goals, one to review drafts, and one to sign. For estates, I handle the court filings, notices and accounting from start to finish.
What it costs
Individual and couples’ estate plans are flat-fee matters, usually from $1,500. Estate administration is quoted after an initial review of the assets involved.
