How it works
We start with a short call about what you need and when. For most transactional work I quote a flat fee in writing, then draft or review the documents and walk you through every clause that matters.
What it costs
Company formation and standard contract reviews are flat-fee matters, usually from $950. Severance negotiations are billed hourly with a written estimate up front.
